Profit Distribution:
If in accordance with the distribution pre-requisites, the fund profit shall be distributed at most six times a year, and the dividend payment should not be less than 10% of that payable. Investors may have the option to ask for cash dividend or the dividend reinvestment in the Fund, and the implied payment is cash dividend.

Investment Strategy:
This Fund will actively make judgment on the market opportunity and make active asset allocation combined with comprehensive analysis of macro-economic environment, policy situation, security market trend. It will define ratio limit of equity, bond, and other assets to maximally lower portfolio risk and enhance yield. Asset allocation will be: equity account for 60-95% of total asset, bond and other assets account for 5-40% of total asset.

Mr. Gabriel Gondard. He works as the Vice Director of Investment Department in Fortune SGAM. He has more than 7 year experience of security investment, and used to be the Balanced fund manager and Balanced Portfolio Manager of SG Asset Management.

Mr. Lei Yong. He works as the General Manager of Overseas Investment Department in Fortune SGAM. He has more than 11 year experience of security investment, and used to be the senior portfolio analyst of ACES Power Marketing and the senior investment analyst of Merrill Lynch.
