GUANGZHOU (Fund China) – Recently, as the stock market gradually warmed up again, mayn funds moved hihger than the previous peak, 6000. And it is noticed that the new funds switching from the closed-end at the early adjustment are particularly eye-catching such as Southern LongYuan Industry Theme equity fund, Changsheng Tongde Theme Growth equity fund, Guotai Hushen 300 Index fund and Harvest high quality corporate equity fund.

For example, the Changsheng Tongde Theme Growth equity fund, the earlies switching fund issued at Oct.25, 2007. According to the Morningstar data, up to Jan. 11, 2008, this fund’s yield at the latest month is 9.22% which is the highest rate among the above four funds. Some insiders said, such a high yield and good performance in Tongde fund and other closed-end to open-end funds has a better relationship with the market investmetn timing. In the long run, due to this kind fund open a position at the market low movement, and the lower share investment cost, the yield really can be expected in the premise of the unchanged bullish market
