Reuters under the Lipper fund research institutions announced yesterday, the Global Fund to its rating system to make adjustments and to come into effect in November.

After updating the Lipper fund rating system changed from one to five in order to go up, leading 20% of the fund rating of “five level”, followed by a 20% rating of “four level”, the middle 20% rating of “three level” and then after the 20% rating of “two level”, the last of 20% rating of “one level”. That is the minimum rating of “one level” representatives, the highest rating of “five level” representatives. According to Lipper design of the four evaluation criteria — total returns, stable returns, capital preservation, costs, for each of the weighted average of funds, and then to a similar fund to the median percentile rankings. The rating system of fund rankings updated monthly, according to a year, two years, three years and overall performance computing.

Lipper fund rating system, created in 2001 to help investors and investment financial advisor to select the appropriate style and personal investment objectives of the fund products.
