The closed-end fund Hongfei to an open-end fund yesterday
GUANGZHOU (Fund China) – Baoying Fund Management Company Ltd announced that the Fund’s closed-end funds – Fund Hongfei will be to Baoying Enhanced Resources Fund on April 15 and will be on purchase from May 22 to June 20. The Fund on the purchase period will be available at the scale of less than 12 billion Yuan. At that time, investors can subscribe for the fund through Construction Bank of China, Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China’s postal savings, China Merchants Bank, Shenzhen Ping An Bank, Beijing Bank, the brokerage business outlets and Baoying Fund’s direct subscription centre.
Baoying Enhanced Resources Fund will focus on the listed companies which have resource advantages. There will be a clearly defined scope of the investment: the percentage of stock fund investing in those listed companys’shares shall not be less than 80 percent of the fund assets.
