Wen Jiabao pointed out that the establishment of urban residents in the basic medical insurance system, China’s urban employees in the establishment of the basic medical insurance system and a new type of rural cooperative medical system after another major move, mainly to solve the urban non-employees, especially those in primary and secondary children, the elderly, doctor groups such as people with medical treatment issues. Establishing this system is to improve the livelihood of the important tasks.
